Revision of Principal and Miscellaneous Postal Fees and Charges

Dear Customer

To help improve cost recovery, the postage rates of Hong Kong Post of the following services will be adjusted from 1 October 2013 : Local Mail (Letters and Packets), Bulk Local Mail, Local Parcels, Air Mail (Letters and Packets), Bulk Air Mail, Surface Mail (Letters and Packets) and Surface Bulk Bag.

Besides, Hongkong Post proposes to adjust the following fees : Postal box/bag rental, redirection fee for postal packets, registration fee and the compulsory registration fee for postal packets and recorded delivery fee for postal packets. The adjusted fees will take effect from 1 December 2013, subject to approval by the Legislative Council.
