ATOMIC AMZ ESC PROBLEM, NEED HELP

As you can see in the video after switch on the remote control servo is vorking but motor not respounding and ESC is beeping.
I try to set up ESC same as other hobbywing ESC'S but no use.
I send e mail to Atomic but didnt receive any reply yet.
Any suggestion? motor or ESC is dead?

Atomic never reply email, even leave the message in their Facebook or the You Tube

test with other motor yet?
