Ques on GP AA recharge battery

I brought a charger and eight batteries for my control. I find that the battery is NIMH....

As it is NIMH, do I need to discharge it completely before charging it again? (as you know, when the control show that the capacity of battery drop to below 10V, it is time to replace the battery)

Thoerectically no need to discharge it to 0.9V per cell before charge. But it is suggested to discharge it once in a while.

Ni-MH has no 記憶效應. But it is still suggested to discharge it once in a while to get the full performance out of it.

how to discharge AA battery? I have the charger only... without discharging function......
