個感應器set 42度 okay嗎？
我set 40度，2A差 Sanyo 3600mah，每次到30xxmah左右就到 40度 auto cut，但都好鬼熱吓(室內已開大冷氣)。

p.s. 排電已cut走了入面塊透明膠

is that an old battery?  I use 3.5A to charge my GP3300, and it won't get very hot.  I use 4.5A to charge IB4200, not hot either.  

2A is kind of low.  BTW, what do you have for the Peak Sensitivity?  How many mV?  Older Sanyo and GP can only get to 70% of the capacity.  3600 should stop at around 26xx.  You have it charged to 30xx, either you discharged too much or your mV too high.

Cutoff temp 40度
Max.chg cap 120%
2A current
應該冇set錯，架機好準喎，2排sanyo 3600mah都係 301x至306x左右cut，兩排都係新電第一次充，
另外1排sanyo 2400mah nicd舊電池，Memory 0，20xxmah就差滿，但吾係好熱。
漏水牌IB(SHV)4200mah有 37xxmah，一樣係熱到40度cut。
其實比起部舊APEX，已經好好多了

check check Peak Sensitivity.  xxx mV

Manual suggest to use 8mV or higher if you use a Power Supply.  I set it at 8mV.  If you set it too high, that may cause the heat.

5 mv,  power supply use "much more" 8A

5mV is low enough.  Well, try it with a fan blowing the battery.  It helps.
