Your engine shall include four needles for adjustment....1st: idle needle, 2nd slow needle, 3rd middle needle, 4th main needle....first of all, please make sure u select the right needle for adjustment. As shown on your photo "01.jpg", this needle is middle needle. Most the time, we just set this needle to be flated with the carbutor body....(Tips: we never touch this needle and even touch, never adjust more than half cycle)
Yes, your back pressure silicone tube is relatively short. But your problem should not be due to this reason. If u just lengthen the tube without do anything to the root of the problem, your situation will become worst....
Apart from tha above, please tell which nitro u ar using and how many shims u added between the heatsink and crankcase.... |
