Back to the topic, your answer absolutely at Mainland China, because I know a Aust guy found a technician to make their sh.ity 1:10 Ford Falcon Ute body shell on internet, cost him fortune to made 150 of them and plan to sell in Australia, finally he received the stock by mail from China.
Try your luck on internet, but it is not for something below 5000HKD project and make sure u got a deep pocket!!
