EX1 has the most functions, it is also the most difficult TX to program........ without instructions it is impossible, even with instructions you better make sure you read it 5 times and never lose it.
Futaba are so much more easier to program. Ask an EX1 user how many times has he program "traction control" or "auto start" and you will realise having a long function list has no meaning unless you are going to use it!
