Motor Question for TA05

Hopefully this is my final question before actually ordering the car and radio.

I went to a shop last week, and that guy told me to use a 29T Trinity on TA05???  I thought lower turn is faster??  I was thinking something like 23T.  I want to know if I will need to go to 19T or lower because I am going to buy the 2PL + MC230CR ESC, and that can only handle 20T or higher.  

So, the question is:

What motor to use with TA05 for daily sport run?

What motor to use for racing and pin size?

Can someone explain more about the motor and turn relationship?

i tried to put a tamiya 23T RZ stock with bearing modification...it can not fulfil my need for speed
it just better than a 540 stock a bit moreover the battery consumption is awful...brushless system is trendy and think about it

29T is too slow for touring.......
23T is good fit with MC230R,and u can purchase such as Yokomo ZERO Stock/Tamiya rz,tz/even Zenon stock....

23T for daily run!
I don't know what motor is the best for racing.......

and brushless is good!
