Kawada SK39L tire corn for 38mm wheel

what is the best tools to help to mount the Yokomo R12 tires ? it seems that the normal Kawada cone would not work as the Yokomo rims are a bit bigger than other 1/12 rims.
I am using pre-mount tires now but i also bought some rims and foam tires ...
