distance of wheel to spin one round = distance of car moved forward?
speed of car = rate of (distance of wheel to spin one round) = rate of (distance of car moved forward)?
I was half joke, but in fact (for more discussion points), have to take in the account of friction losses (as c-hing buzzybee82 suggestion). Not only that, there are also loss due to heat and sound energy too, but be realistic this factors are never clear (e.g. friction factors are different on different surface and temp)!!!!!
