Also, google searches, found many says need to heat up the end covers in oven to expand metal and melt glue, then to release bearing.  sounds difficult....

無工具燒下個蓋會易出小小，
有工具，乜都唔洗挍都勁易出。
除左lrp,還有其它牌子，去kws問多幾間一定有，好似$2xx,唔記得。
