The best I know were fanny (屎忽）and hymen (處女膜，a guy had that name)....
The meaning of fanny / fannie you are referring to is the US meaning. UK version is even more . I laugh every time I hear an American say fanny pack. However, Fanny is an old name and it did not mean what it does today.
