want to buy TB Evo IV or TRF 415

i live in US and i find there is discount on tamiyausa now, TB Evo IV is only USD$250 and TRF415 with body is only USD$275. i want to know is it a good deal? i dont know the price in HK. how much in HK now? coz i am going to come back in X'mas, i should buy here or wait till back to HK to buy? thanks

Also, can any1 describe any differenc between TB Evo IV and TB Evo V? thanks

The main different between TB Evo IV MS & TB Evo V are
lower center of gravity, new steering arm, short span arms, aluminum diff joint...

Where do you live in the US?
Where is the discount?  I can only find TRF415 for US$275, but I can't find TB 4.

BTW, is TRF415 an old version?  TRF415MSX is newer, and TRF415MSXX is the latest, right?
