Tekno EB48 or Serpent 811 Be 2.0?

I recently moved to Hong Kong from the UK and just picked up RC cars again. I have B44.1 and VBC Firebolt that I want to run at Lali Warehouse. I went to visit this weekend and saw the 1:8 buggies go around and very tempted to get a 1:8 too!

I can't decide which one to go for. Which do people generally run more? The Serpent or the Tekno? Bear in mind my driving skills need a lot of work since it's been 10 years since I last went racing.

I have the Serpent 811e 2.0, I can say it is very durable on it's quality. At the same time, EB48.2 is a good buggy too. Why not both?
