Ride Height

I have been using the "down stop" to adjust the ride height for my TA05.

Today, I was told that's not right.  Because, when you leave up the car, the arms supposed to drop down a little.

So.......  which way is correct??

the ride height shall be adjusted by preload to the suspension spring...in other words, if u using metal damper, to adjust its metal ring

I didn't know it until today..... after some many months "down force" pushing the lower deck chassis..... I think I need to replace that.

its no harm to replace the chassis...the origianl chassis is too soft la
