I have been using LRP Pulsar Competition for years. I found it is nice and convenient as it provides charge, discharge and motor run in function. For the motor run in function, you can also use it to run comm-lathes or power 7.2 V soldering irons. In addition, it has automatic measurement of a battery pack. That means you don't need to re-set the charger whether you charge/discharge 4 cells, 5 cells, 6 cells...
