The maximum charging capacity of NiMH is much larger than NiCD
Both of them have memory, need to discharge fully before they can be charged fully. If not discharge, you cannot charge it to the maximum capacity.
NiCD was outdated for many years, while NiMH is still using, but may be replaced by LIpo, LiFe, Li-ion. |
