GT Power A6 failed

Brothers, I encounter the following problems when using the GT power A6 to charge the battery.

- LiPo Charging: Low Voltage (I have checked that this error occurs no matter I connecting the Lipo battery to the "Output Plug" or not)
- LiOP Balance Charing: Low Voltage

- NiMH: when NiMH is connect , it provides "Short ERR" (it means there was a short-circuit at the output.
- NiMH: when NiMH is not connect, the screen display goes off and turn on again (looks like system reset)

This is the 1st time I get this experience, what abnormal I observed was, there were some sparks when I connect the battery at the 1st time I turn on the charger today.

Who have similar experience ?

May be that cable inside wire broken. So that cause this probelm. I have same charger and also have V5 .
Same problem have in that cable !
