有關扣滿分停牌一問,,

各位師兄好,小弟剛扣滿十五分,請問停牌多久,罰款是多少及會有什麼影響??勞煩了,,

如果你d堅料賽事厚過本電話薄就...............................

可以讀改進課程减3分

normaly first time 3 Month suppend
But Drunk and Drug may be a year,
Speed over 50Km will start from 6month
if no accident crush and/or anyone injure first time get enough penalty point only 3month
If P plate say byebye to your License

最大影響咪就係汽車保險LOR~
5年內續保都記住要申報, 如果現有保險的話,預左黎緊續保肯定加LOADING同加墊底或拒絕續保
有定心理準備1)價錢會貴 2)有排搵保險公司
如果自己冇車係問人借車o既就小小心心揸....唔係抄左的話保險公司係唔會承保

Yes, depend what you said in court la.....  last time I was going 160 in 80 zone......  suppend for 6 months (only caught once, no other record.....).  But when I go to court I show them one of my bank account I only use for salary and always only have 2-300hkd left in there.  I only need to pay for 300hkd fine.
