How come the manual says the ESC is included if it really depends on the market/distributor/retailer?

The body should be from the Blitzer Beetle mold. There are some differences from the original, but most people don't care, I guess. I mean it still looks cool.
Btw, now that the Scorcher has been re-re'd, may be some of us can get together to have a SS/RR run on a beach.
