UltraFire Battery

Would someone please kindly help me about those questions below!!!
I got two ultrafire batteries shown in the photo, I would like to connect them together to make a battery pack to have the output 7.4V, (1)should I connect them in series???(2)do I need to add a balance charging plug, if yes, how should I connect the plug??

Series, as they have a voltage of 3.7V each.

Thanks for your answer, and should I add a balance plug??
