To whom it may concern,
I clarify one more time,i am a end-user ( consumer) who bought a EC esc but burn while i use it first night in the third run beginning. I pass to the shop and the shop suggust me to talk to the agent man for the case,after one week, the shop told me the repairing fee of it is $320 and recommand i talk to the agent man.
I talk to him in phone and he said " the factory REFUSE TO REPAIR due to the change of the sensor cable, the best offer to u now is a 20% less for another new esc" i then ask Mr Fung "do u think this offer is fair, and lead the customer less confidence on the product base on the repair policy?" He reply " the factory do not believe this case will suffer any of its business ....." (in an impolite tone)
After tones of argue on the forum, i conclude:
1)馮馮非EC POWER代理,so u dont need to 正式授權 any brother to 進呢件事.....i wont talk to u, wasting of time
2)as a customer who pay, i have rights to know what problem existing( personal use problem or product problem),as 非EC POWER代理 said factory refuse to repair and give me back the burn esc,therefore any great passion helper can slove out this case for me seems no problem exist
3)I never ask for any free claim back,in fact no one knows where the problem is (esc never open and check)
4)if factory like to clarify the facts, i dont mind they talk to me directly, leave your mobile to me please!
