better think before believing. Yes, I agreed the forum said is right,
but i can tell you that it is meaningless unless your model boat runs 24hrs non-stop for many years.
besides, there are two bushes at the both ends of the stern tube, so no contacts in actual for the shaft and shaft tube.
And also lubricant was needed to fill inside the stern tube, so there are a thin lubricant layer formed at the middle of the contact surface to protect both sides of material.

I went to 新填地街 this morning to try my luck. I think I can settle for a brass propeller shaft if the steel counterpart is so difficult to get.
