tamiya 3 speed transmission 1260 bearings

Hi all,
In the transmission build instructions, there are two 1260 metal bearings that the instruction says DON'T replace with ball bearings. Why nei?  Because that part doesn't move? If you buy the "bearing set", are these two 1260 bearings included?

估計是那兩個位是 "橫移" , 並非用bearing 的 "直行" , 用bearing 反而可能減少了順滑度
