I guess Oscarchoi is talking about the "Silicone (白車油)" Not 白電油!!! Silicone is one kind of High performance Lubrication oil, it is better than WD40 a lot!

If you run just for fun then don't wash the bearings. They are normally filled with grease rather than oil and will last a long time.
If you want the 'best' performance and don't mind replacing the bearing often. Then take out the side covers that cover the balls with a sharp knife. Soak the bearing in thinners until there is no grease. Let dry, use the thinnest bearing oil you can find - Trinity oil is thinner that Tamiya oil.
You need to reapply bearing oil after every 3-4 runs. The bearing life may last 1 month if you are lucky. You will really end out with "Almost" zero resistance bearings!.....but at a cost!... do this when the bearing is new.
The middle ground is, spray most of the grease out of the bearing using motor cleaner, apply bearing oil.
