Does the figure "13" shown in this old yokomo motor mean it is a "13 Turns" motor ?

Is there any difference between the present and past systems for naming the no. of turns in motor ?

我都好想知喎.我都有一隻個花同你果隻一樣,但係個數字係16.
但我試過同隻**RZ23T比較,發覺仲慢過隻23T.
一路都以為係個摩打老化.其實都吾知係吾係以前D標示同而家吾同.
