My original Falcon and Grasshopper 2.
The falcon was my first car 20+ years ago. Can't believe i found them again!
Both need a little restoration. Anybody restore one of these recently?

The re-re grasshopper does not have the axle springs.
You may try to order it from Wai-gx or find it on e-bay.
A better solution is to perform the 5th shock modification and get rid of the springs.

There are many ways of doing it.  You can find many examples here and in other forums if you do a search.  Here is one example:

As the space in a grasshopper is smaller than that in a lunchbox, I didn't use an oil damper.  I just used a grasshopper front spring and two grasshopper rear shock ends as the 5th shock.

do you know anywhere where they sell or have the artwork for the decal sheet for the grasshopper II?

Just in case anyone else is looking for the axle spring for the Grasshopper II.
I think the Rising Fighter... pretty much the same chassis as Grasshopper II uses the same axle springs... with a slightly different design, but same fit. so i'm guessing that this part should be easy to order from waigx.
