You did not glue the tire to wheel?
Even if you use white pig motor, glue the tire to wheel is a must.
hk_sdu c-hing had already given a very good choice on tire. Depending on road condition and temperature, you may also need 32R or 40R (this is for rubber tire). Since T3 is a top end touring car, maybe you don't mind consider buying dedicated tire glue instead of AA (sorry I forgot the brand name, just ask the model shop owner and they will give you the right one)
Google on your low cost servo, ppls comments are mostly negative. Maybe you should also consider a better servo before it's too late. (maybe a cheap 3003 is a better choice).
If u play on street, this tire may be quite fun, but no performance on track. No need to buy good tire, it all depends on your purpose. T3 with good tire is not a must.
