What is the recommended FDR for 4.5T motor for X-Ray T3

SP manual mentioned that v3.0 4.5R recommended gear ratio around 8.0-10.0,
so you can try 9.0 first, and carefully check the temperature per 2mins(Total running time 8mins),
if the temperature higher than 80 degree,
slow down the gear ratio until the speed & temperature are suitable.
