how to !?

I am using 3PKS playing my Hilux!  Using the 3rd trim to change gear.
First you need to assign the 3rd trim as 3rd channel.  Also you need to set that trim as 3 position control.  
Then you can enjoy to click up once, the servo will travel all the way up.  click down, servo with neutral.  Down again, servo will all the way down.  

Lets see if you can understand or not!!
