I am pretty confused with ur question.. i think u r asking for tires that suit for official tracks instead of fast or slow cars as u mentioned..
Sorex 36 / 40 with mid to hard inserts is the most popular combination at asphalt tracks .. regarding to rims .. its totally different from drift .. there are variety of dish rims available in the market. like yokomo, tamiya, xenon, speed mind etc etc .. usually we use 0 offset rims instead of those drifts that are 1 to 4 degrees offsets .. some of them are light weighted but fragile .. bang then a tire is gone. some of them are durable but heavy . all have their own pros and cons .. u need to decide urself ..
I am newbie, so I think "stronger" dish wheels is better for me.
Any good recommendation? Is Sorex one any strong?
Sorex tires is commonly used by EP fans, not that expensive and can be easily find with different shoes available .. but dont no whether it is " Strong " or not .. usually lower shoes tires ( like 32 or 28R ) will wear out easily at hot weather or tracks .. if u pick 36 or 40R, they are " Strong " enough to stand 20 > packs of batteries on " Fast " or " Slow " cars .. depends on ur " Fast " or " Slow " driving fingers
