The only problem I still have is the small original spur gear (76T). Since this is so small, I need to use a pretty large pinion gear (34T minimum) otherwise motor would hit the rear shaft. I wonder if 76T spur is design for high T motors?
Right now the rollout is close to 67mm which I guess (I am newbie, just learn from forum) is too high for 4.5T motor. Plan to change it to 96T sometime, but I need to wait for it to arrive.

Are you waiting for CRC spur? Actually, you can try other brand instead of waiting for CRC.
Thanks and I have ordered Kawada and also CRC (Kimbrough) 96T. Cause I live in Beijing and most things need to be bought through mail. So I need to be a little patient.
BTW, CRC now has two versions of spur gear. Originally is made by Kimbrough with 12 1/8 balls. Now they have a version which has 16 3/32 balls. Wonder if anyone has tried?
yes, I had use the 16 ball spur before. Not really necessary as the diff will not slip much anyway... BTW: The spur came with the kit is for stock racing only, Mod change it to 87-95t la.
