This is video of my friends and I running Tamiya M03 mini's at the cycling velodrome in Melbourne.
We have a 12 turn motor limit and run touring car sized foams ... sometime we use a small rear wing for downforce. The fastest mini so far does 72kmh with a trinity cobalt 12 quad.
We spray the gears with silicon lube to stop them from melting
I could only find 3 close ups ... I have more video than photos.
This is my M03L, with foam tyres, 12 turn quad, small wing to keep the rear on the ground ... and custom moon disc style wheel covers ... well they're actually blind spot rear view mirrors from a real car
