Thank you Advox 兄詳細解話, 明白哂!
It seems MS suits my taste the most.
Mike 哥, the C-class is a great family car. It is realiable and comfortable.
But my 2nd baby is coming in Oct., C-class is not big enough.
Thinking of buying an Alphard or Estima.
But my wife prefers Serena as th look is cute.
She kept saying I look like a Driver when driving an Alphard.
Mr. Nobbie! First of all, congrats on your new baby!! I've my 2nd one about a year ago as well... now 2 monkeys are running around home like mad men...
As for Alphards, I considered the Alphards before as a family carrier BUT one thing you must keep in mind is the height of the vehicle. Not 100% of parking lots in Hong Kong (especially in HKI) can fit that car. For instance, you can't drive in an Alphard without lowing suspension into Tai Koo Sing car park. That's why I gave up the idea and went for something else.
Feel free to call me and have a chat!! (Going to bring your kid for swimming?) Take care!
I think Previa is lower than Noah.... The only "popular" vans that wouldn't fit there is Elgrands and Alphards.
A lot of people over look this kind of issue when they buy their vehicles...
Whao! Thanks bro for the information. You just saved me from lots of trouble since my family goes to Tai Koo Shing and World Trade Centre often. Both of them allow only 1.7M or below car height.
Height of Alphard and Previa is over 1.75M. Many other Minivan are all over 1.7M, such as Serena, Noah, Freed...
Except Honda Odyssey 1.55M but I don't like Honda.
In other words, I can forget about buying a 7P vehicle and go for my back-up plan, E-Class.
Nobbie, check the Noah, Stepwgn, Serena and Previa too... I've a friend who bought the latest Noah and so far none of the parking garages wouldn't fit... including Tai Koo Sing... But World Trade is "exceptionally low" but the garage next to WTC allows 1.85m....
Call me at any time if you want to chit chat bro!
