You just have to take care of your batteries, brand named or not.  If you abuse the battery (over-charge, over-discharge), then you can puff up the batteries in no time.

However, if one is selling batteries not what the label is indicating, then this is an issue.  This is cheating the customer.

The RC turbo battery is an example

I am a user as well. As I have mentioned, I bought 2 packs 2 weeks ago... so far so good, except 1 pack is not very balanced.

It is very hard to tell if the inside is same as the label, unless one opens the pack and check.  But as another c-hing mentioned above, buying a name brand battery, you have more guarantee because big companies usually dont cheat on customers, since their name is on the line, but of course you will be paying more because of the name.

My experience is that even brand name batteries will puff if you push the battery too hard.  This is very true if you play modify or turbo mode esc's.

Excell is a very good lipo.
Cheap price with good performance
Oppositely the RC turbo rubbish is cheap price with very low performance

呢隻我覺得幾好用
成班車友都幾乎用哂佢
我自己都有4排,會入多兩排

個人感覺係以佢既價位,算係中上有餘
不過可能有d會難d先balance到
但係power方面我好滿意

得就再買,唔得就再試其他
我依家都係咁買.....

除左呢兩隻之外,骷髏頭都有師兄話ok
Teampowers本身我用開都可以
Silverback我自己用過唔得,但係我其他車友話好用

其實最好就係自己親自買一排試左先..自己試0左冇得厄自己..下人地使用過ga正面同負面係其次.我自己有客大部份同你講法一樣.買一排試0下0k才返轉頭再買...我上個月有個客買0左一排試0下.佢覺得ok...過兩日又再買多3排
不過最緊要自己適當使用同保養..如果唔係幾貴幾平d電都比你自己玩死

IP貴極都冇LRP咁貴啦
LRP都會漲會爆......

10A差一定得

Excell試過,10A差冇問題
其他冇試過唔知

成日有post問電,有边個師兄會用過晒各種電而答得中肯呢??包括我!!
我只用过BY,SMC,IP同骷髏頭,IP同SMC只可以用1C差,因為係2S2P,
BY同骷髏頭係2S1P可以用4C差,會玩車嘅人唔會用0.5C差電架!!
除非d電唔夠C數!!
