Visited there last Sat around 2:00PM, no body there! First time running my 2nd hand RRR, new OS CV-R engine feeling good, just not sure what tire I'm using, come with my 2nd hand RRR. But the court is too small for RRR and my (poor) driving skill
Since re-opening I have been there around 5 times, usually around 10pm till mid-night on weekends (when JV is closed). I use Team Powers 36R tyres and the result is not too bad! Once getting used to the somewhat small track, the driving can actually get very fast
Good points:
- unlike in JV, not easy to (seriously) damage the car (nothing to fix after playing)
- battery can last 2x longer than in JV (need to charge fewer batteries so means shorter preparation time before going)
- speed all depends on tuning and skills (fast motor doesn't help much)
- great for tuning: corners are small and can stand very close to the track to observe effect on the car after tuning
