The only voice of reason here? All suggestions except this one were for a brand new setup. If the OP does not mind 2nd hand, 10K will get you a LOT of good stuff. But as was pointed out to me, your avatar is a of nice (and expensive) European automobile, so maybe your budget can stretch further than 10K. Only you will know.
Having said that, if you don't buy exactly what you want first time then surely the poison will remain and your feet will itch again. Then you will have to dance in KWS soon afterwards. If you must buy new, bring a c-hing along or kws will swallow you whole and leave no trace!
