Actually, base on my experience with the 410 platform, the front shock tower are very strong and will stand some very heavy abuse. If you change it to metal (which I am not aware of any available, may be except the DESC original), you will risk breaking your front bulk head.

Anyway, before you want to change out or op anything, try to drive the car first, feel it and then decide on what you will want to change.

Mlee brother, no hard feelings, I think DK666 brother car clearly have the CF tower, and again, I do not think the metal tower from the 410R will be stronger then the CF tower coming with the V3. A 4mm CF tower is seldom seen on any 1/10 platform and I think Durango did a good job here.

Have fun with your V3, it's a proven platform

Thanks to all of you guys!!! I should be able to test drive the 410 V3 next week at my friend's track...
But wouldn't able to test drive the XO-1 till later, cause still waiting for the Traxxas extended battery holder for the bigger Lipo...and the test drive location will be the street right beside TKO, mostly at week nite...

I don't think it fit...

Ofcause it fits, its a 410 option 14mm adaptor made by Trsrey. No more wheel pin falling out...
