Firstly I'm new member 多多指教, sorry I can only type english words because my chinese typing is very very slow. May I suggest some solutions. Different ching have different situations, so I think the day and time options should be comprehensive. Eg. For the day options: Mon to Sun, let set the code 1 to 7. For the time slot options: Morning, Afternoon, Night. (around 3hr) Let set the code A to C. Then let all ching to state their availability, it can be more than one. Finally we choose the most want. My available time are: 1C, 5C, 6B, 7B.
If ching want to have a regular meeting once for a month, pls consider when you give us your options. If the most want timing is Monday Night. Then the regular meeting can be the first 1C of every month. (i.e. first Monday night of every month)
For the place, I think it should be fixed at every meeting because of the convenience. I think Chinese restaurant near Kwong Wah Street is a perfect place for us.
In order to increase the attractive of the meeting, may I suggest that the participate should bring some vintage RC stuff or magazine to share among the other.
Finally, it is difficult to gather people because some are not 認識, but just only have common interest. If we can gather around ten ching at the first meeting, it would be very successful. |
