811e gear box problem

I follow the manual to insert the shims in the diff. but I found the gear box is really tight and the gear is not smooth as well.
Shouldn't I not follow the instruction manual or not

跟說明書指示放入介子響前後差速，發覺好緊同D齒輪極不暢順，會否不跟指示做才好，請各位司兄指教一下，多謝灑

果隻介子要加嫁。會否內大傘齒坐得唔夠入呀？

I didn't use any shim and mind's works great.
