我一買翻黎就壞，當時無貨。舖頭經代理寄反去。3個月都未得。有新貨到，又唔換比我。都唔知等到幾時。

Spektrum is from USA

USA, far away bor, they may send it by surface, takes one month to arrive in US, another month to come back...

Novak also from USA, they have a customers service, you can sent email to them and ask for the repair process, I don't if spektrum have that!

直接比代理  唔好經舖頭  舖頭(可能)成個月都未比代理

最衰係當時得個間有。兮。都知自己無咁好彩。重有件野買翻黎已經無左個膠封。我完全信佢先買。真黑。搞咁耐，令我玩得一架車。我另一set係ｏｋ架。我諗係先前係佢d自己友用d高volt遙控電搞到個module short左。佢係咪應該即換比我呢？算啦。。。都好少咁好人。我以前係多倫多個ｃｙｃｌｏｎｅ壞左，舖頭幫我寄去美國，個多月搞點。

Send e-mail to Spektrum make the request for repair directly, and complaint the HK agent the maintenance service reposone time too slow.  You may be receive the good news for swap the new one from US. Hurry up go go go..., My repair experience of the Novak & Tekin ESC factory also return back the new ESC for me, no additional charge for repair I only paid the HK postage fee.

Did you do that to Norsram??? no one e-mail back me after I complaint the HK agent
they just E-mail me tell me contact the HK agent ..........
