Um..basically there are no exisiting kit conversion which you can purcahse and play.....
You do at least need the original F/R diff case (with gears)....and the centre gearbox to make everything work
For chassis, it is mostly recommended Gorillamaxx or FLM as these two were used by other guys round the world, it will give the car alot more ridigidity and response compare to the stock one....
To use the novak HV Maxx motor, the minimum you will need to modifiy is metal CVD all round (including the onein the centre gearbox)
The car that you have seen with the HV maxx are very likly with the original chassis and plastic arms......it can fly, but any sort of collision at that speed will meant that your car will be KO~~~
So we suggest if you are to go with brushless, you do at least modify the chassis (the gorillamaxx one also lower the CG so the car is better in handling)..and the all round CVD, that should give enough support to the HV for the time being.....
Another upgrade that you must get is the Piggy Bag shocks....these are needs as the Emaxx is quite a heavy truck......the stock damper will not be able to hold off the weight after the upgrade~

Your 1st generation E-MAXX is on my bench under modification. The chassis will be FLM. The stock chassis already install at my E-HELLFIRE.
Whatever parts you modify, just no GPx. For such kind of monster truck, the copy metal parts from plastic without any re-design will gain nothing.
By the way, will you concern E-REVO?
With this roller kit, just add a Slipperential (which cost 160 dollars) even can forget the centre gear box. You already have nearly a complet kit.
