Traxxas Slash 4x4 彈弓

有無師兄可以話我知 Traxxas  Slash 4x4 Ultimate 68077 條避震彈弓點解同Slash 嘅Option彈弓唔同內徑嘅？
我架RTR原裝條彈弓內徑17.5mm，我買咗對6868 Slash 彈弓，但係內徑只有15.7mm，裝唔到，我應該買邊個件先啱，請幫忙，謝謝！

How come you need diff spring? Is your Slash the Ultimate version with bigger GTR shocks? (13 or 14mm, vs 12 for regular one) Don't use those progressive springs ..

When I landed after jumped at 3 feet height, the chassis hit the ground, so I want more stiffness on the springs . I am not sure if that's GTR shocks, but the external diameter of the shock is  approx 16mm.

Get the RED spring la..  harder .. very hard .. (from XO1 I think)

I guess safe to stay with "white" (for Slash)

I bought the GTR shock with red spring purely because of the look .. but it is so damn firm ...  not even suitable for off road car ..

Did you get the updated 4 pole motor and new esc?

Yes. It is expensive.
RTR comes with these for motor and ESC

Actually, the most attractive is the Bluetooth telemetry with iPhone. Now I can see the RPM, speed, temperature and voltage of the battery while running.   Quite fancy !!

I hv the older one ... need to plug in iPhone ..

I believe it is a 4 pole, can you tell me how to identify if that's 4 pole motor ?

I bought it 3 weeks ago.

If the motor wire is not "rubber" wrapped .. and model number with "R" .. 3355R 3351R.

Esc is easy to tell, can see 3 big capacitors ..  But since Traxxas doesn't want to promote their "new 4 pole" system yet, and they still hv lots of 2 pole inventory.

My motor is 3351R and ESC is with big capacitors. I did not try the old two pole motor, but this set of ESC and motor is good enough for me. I am running 2s only.

I think the new 4 pole system is much better than the old 2 pole system.  I have the old system and now not very happy with it, gets really hot and power hungry so swapped for a 4 pole system.  Andy are you going to Lali ?

For sure 4pole motor will fit a 6lbs + 4wd better, but I worry about the esc, seems same spec as old one, which have issue to run 3s, now new 4 pole motor will draw even more power... wonder how the new esc does.
