Did you play RC car before? 有擦年代?
Lower T, more speed (higher RPM/KV) Example a 10T motor, 3500kv, mean if you run a 7.2v battery, it has 3500x7.2 rpm = 25,200 rpm .. if you run a 11.1v battery, 3500 x 11.1 = 38850 rpm .. much faster!
But higher running speed, will make more heat, and less Torque ...
Higher T more torque .. less speed, say a 21.5T motor, ~ 1700kv, so run a 7.2v .. only 12,240 rpm ... much slower ..
So .. if you are happy with the speed you have before, then just buy the same motor .. more simple .. since the Traxxas motor is a odd size, it is 380 .. which is smaller then "standard" 540 .... but it has the "standard" shaft so you can use "regular" motor pinions... |
