RX-472, 471, 462, 461 are fine. Main difference between "2" and "1" is with or without Telemetry. For IDT or IMT, sensors for telemetry won't really work unless you can use Sanwa ESC. If you may race 1:10 scale and will need telemetry, go for 472. If not, 471 is good enough. I'm using both 471 and 472. Suggest not to use the latest 482/1 as they are difficult to be mounted on IDT/IMT.
461/462 are bigger in size. I have seen a C-hing use 462 before with body but have not checked out how he mounted it. Anyway, for 471/472, I mount it upside down, with connector facing downwards inbetween the servo and motor. CG is lower.
