There should be two types, black and white. Only the black one is for 1 hour charging. The other is for 15 minutes.
B. refer to how powerful the battery is:
There are a few possibilities that you may find your cells not as powerful as before:
1. Motor has rust on the commutator: copper also oxidizes. It may take a few runs to ensure a good contact between the brushes and the commutator, particularly when the motor is not drawing a big current and/or it has a lower rpm.
2. You do not discharge your cells before you recharge them.
3. Your cells has been overdischarged for a long time before you recharge them for playing (probably damaged because of this)
Charge the whole pack using the GP charger. Run them for 5 minutes on your Mini-Z. Use a meter to check the voltage of each of them. Usually, you can find one of them having a particularly low voltage. Throw that one away.
Intellect cells cannot be stored for a week (or longer) after you have run them but not charge them again. Remember to charge them for a while (say, 30%) before you store them.
If u know how to use them, the GP 1 hour chargers can be very good without shortening the life of the cells.
Reason: The cells are independently charged and are temperature protected, better than the professional ones that people use to charge the 4 cells in series. The latter method will kill best cell of the 4.
