電變問題

我見有d 電變 申d fet 出呢, 有d 又無 fet 申出呢, 佢地有咩唔同架 ? thks

條fet線比D7.2V servo用的..

I mean this Power MOSFET bor !   See the first photo is with MOSFET

second photo is without MOSFET (maybe inside and not visible )

因為兩種係唔同O既FET,用O既散熱方法亦有所不同.

Tekin果款係TO-220 package FET, LRP果款係用左 SMT package FET, 最大分別咪就係size law...

If both FET work in the same principle, then how can the SMT FET dissipiate large amount of the heat in a small & enclosed case !!

LRP果個面果塊係鐵片嚟,係要嚟散熱O架......

人地設計得出嚟就梗係有諗過點散熱啦......你駛乜同佢擔心先得O架........

我唔擔心架, 只係好奇想知多D 羅

Actually the upper face of the enclosure is the thick aluminium plate direct fixed top on the FETs as the heatsink...
