TA05R completed !

Finally completed my TA05R, only change to f/r graphite shock tower and I am lazy to build the shocks so move from my Tech MY02M. I will run 5cell with the V2 8x1 motor. The ESC is the Keyence eXstraight with a super cap and 25A diode mounted. I will add a motor clip cooling fan too ...

cannot see any difference between 5 cells and 6 cells except you put a 5 cell battery or 6 cell battery in it.

I think the major difference between 5cell and 6cell would be the balance of the chassis - ie, how much weight to put in on left/right side ... I am still quite new to the 5cell game so still a lot to learn and to experience.

Sorry if the topic is misleading, I just want to share my newly completed TA05R and I will run 5cell - I am not saying that it is a special 5cell version ... ...
I would welcome suggestion of how to make it run 5cell in better balance/setup.

Can you put your 5 cells battery in your chasis? I would like to see how you connect the battery + -.

007, here is how I put 5cell pack onto the TA05R chassis.

the TA05R is quite heavy, with 5cell, PF M6 body shell and a set of 40R/Hara 1.0 insert, it weight at 1499g ! I am using a V2 7x1 motor, and still finding the most efficient gear ratio (testing at 1:8.6), runtime is about 6min with IB4200 cells.
