Is it good for lipo battery? Does it have voltage balancer? How does it compare with eStation or other suggestions? Please suggest.

Given its low price, it is a good charger for lipo. It has a build in balancer. You can check each cell's voltage during charge.

Of course, if $ is of no concern, eStation is better in terms of quality. eStation is the original product and made in Korea.
