我都arm arm 買o左bol... 但係有個好傻o既問題，大家唔好笑...

點先叫做叉完電呀？我用慢叉叉4200叉o左幾個鐘都只係見個燈閃o下閃o下ja... 慢叉其實又要叉幾耐呢？

Depends on how many Amps you used to charge your battery.... e.g. if you use 4.2A, then your 4200mAh battery should be charged 1 hour to be full.

咁正常用幾多a,因為4.2a,排電會好熱

If not urgent, I normally charge it using around 3.5A, if urgent, will use 5A.

yes... but how do I know the charge is complete for the BOL charger??? Does the flash stop or...??? I waited for >1.5 hr using slow charge but seemed nothing happened... the batt. didn't even get warm...

If your battery is 4200mah (C=4.2Ah) and the charging current is 4A, the idea time required for charging the battery full is 4.2/4 = 1.05 hrs = 63 mins. However, as some energy was loss during charging (e.g. heat), your should multipy it by a factor of ~1.25 (25% emnergy lost). So, the time required is 63 mins x 1.25 = ~79 mins.

If the charging current is so high, say >1C (in this case, 4.2A), the energy loss would be more. A factor or 1.25 - 1.5 should be applied.

Don't use current higher than 1C to charge the battery if you want its life to be longer.

BTW, the charger will switch to "Slow" automatically when the battery have been fully charged.

but I'm still unclear about when does the charge mean "the battery is fully charged". Is it some light is off or flashing, or some light is lit non-stop???

I had and old charger which has a built-in timer inside. So after an hour charge time it stops charging and the green light turns off. Then I KNOW the charge has completed and I plug off the battery.

But what about this BOL charger??? I don't even know when the battery is fully charged and I'm ready to plug the battery out and run my car...

If i remember correctly, there are 3 LEDs in this charger. One is power and the other 2 should be "Fast" and "Slow" charge. Generally (for all non-expensive chargers), the charger will serve in "Slow" charge mode once the battery is connected. You should than press a "Start" button to request the charger to charge the battery in "Fast" charge mode. So, if the LED of "Fast" comes off and "Slow" light up, it means the battery has been fully (at least the charger considers it is) charged.

o, that's exactly what's on my charger, 3 LEDs. Thanks man~

so I simply connect my battery to the charger and press that button for the "Fast" option, and wait for the  "Slow" light come up. Then will take the battery and go for a ride~

So is there any other use for "Slow charge"? Are there people just use the "Slow" option to charge?
